Tuition and other Fees

Tuition is based on total number lessons per year and divided into 10 equal monthly payments for your convenience.  Holidays, snow days, and inclement weather closures are taken into consideration when the yearly amount is calculated.  Refunds for class cancellations or absences are not available.

 

$20  REGISTRATION FEE PER STUDENT- 

CURRENT STUDENTS REGISTERING MAY 14 OR BEFORE.  

May 2026 prepayment due at time of registration.

$25 REGISTRATION FEE PER STUDENT-

CURRENT AND NEW STUDENTS REGISTERING May 15 OR LATER.

All May 2026 prepayments will be charged to credit card on file and are non-refundable after August 31.

 

2025/26 MONTHLY TUITION*

            30 minute class - $33

            45 minute class - $38

              1 hour class - $43

           1.5 hour class - $48

Option #1- Auto pay on the 1st of the month with credit card on file. (Do not use debit card.)

Option #2- * "Pay by check/cash" with $2 per class  discount, (for August-April), at the beginning of the year. (Your online portal account will reflect the discounted tuition due- do not take an additional $2 discount!!)  Payments must be received by the 10th of the month or your card on file will be charged for the non-discounted amount, and a $10 late fee will be applied.

 

Tuition is due the first lesson of the month. 

Tuition is late after the 10th.

A $10 late fee will be charged to your account if not paid by the 10th of the month, and the credit card on file will be charged.

Any past or current delinquent accounts will automatically be put on auto pay.

TUITION LATE FEE: If your card on file is declined, an alternate payment must be made within 48 hours. A $10 Late Fee will be charged for any payments not made in full by the 10th of the month. This includes declined charges for cards on file for any reason.

RETURNED CHECK (NSF) FEE: $25.

COSTUME FEE* per student, will be charged 1/2 in September and last half in October (non-refundable after November 1).

             3-7yr $70/costume per class

             8-10yr $75/costume per class

             11 yr+ $80/costume per class

 

*(All DMC, Apprentice and Jr. Apprentice, please refer to your Company Commitment Packet for your costume fees.)

Costume will not be ordered without payment in FULL.

$20 LATE ORDER FEE will be charged if costume ordered after initial order is placed.

 

Beginning the week of October 15th, the Directors will measure dancers in class for their recital costume. We always allow for average growth when measuring. Please let the Directors know via text or email, if your dancer is an exceptionally fast or slow grower, so we can adjust the size we order.

Please note there will be a $10 costume exchange fee (to cover return shipping and processing), if a costume is returned to us to exchange for another size.
