CAN I USE MY ONLINE BANKING TO PAY MY MONTHLY TUITION?
Yes, you can set up payments through your online banking. Please set up payments to D4HG, PO Box 680641 Marietta, GA 30068. You can also pay by check, payable to D4HG, using our Drop Box, located next to our bulletin board, in the B220 hallway. You can also make a single payment online with credit card and sign up for auto pay using the Family Portal.
HOW MUCH IS THE RECITAL COSTUME AND RECITAL PICTURE PACKET? ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL RECITAL FEES?
Recital (Individual Pose) Picture Packet is complimentary, therefore no refund if you do not participate in pictures, for any reason.
Recital Program Group pictures will be available for free download on the d4hg.com website in April.
Beginning in 2020/2021, Individual Recital Pictures will be available for an additional fee.
The Costume/Recital Fee will be, due 1/2 in September, and 1/2 in October. No costume will be ordered without the Costume/Recital Fee payment in FULL. If a costume has to be added after the initial order is placed, there will be an additional $20 charge. Below you will see the payment for Costume/Recital Fee depending on how many classes your student takes. Regardless of the number of classes taking, each student is only charged one recital fee and will receive 3 recital tickets. Costume/Recital fee is non-refundable after November 1.

WHAT DOES (DA) MEAN ON SCHEDULE OF CLASSES?
(DA) means Director Approval. Only those students who have Director Approval may enroll in these classes.
WHAT IS THE CM CLASS?
CM is the 30 minute, once a week Creative Movement class for children at least 2 1/2 years of age as of Sept. 1st. The students wear black skirted tank leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes. CM classes perform one dance at the year end recital in May.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE FOR CLASS?
Yes, each dancer is expected to wear the required Dance wear, Shoes and have hair in a bun with no bangs. The required Dance wear list can be found on the Information Tab. After September 1st, Teachers will make reminders of the dress code by sending a note home with a student who is not properly attired for class. If a student does not come to class properly attired after 3 reminders they will be asked to observe the class.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE THE REQUIRED DANCE WEAR?
You can purchase the required dance wear and shoes from the Dress code tab. Once on the Dress code tab, follow the instructions to access the Curtain Call for Class site.
CAN WE MAKE UP A CLASS THAT WE MISS?
Yes, If a student is absent, they may make up their time in another class in their same age/level class. Please click on the schedule of classes button to select a convenient, age appropriate class for your dancer, or email for assistance. There is no pro-rating of tuition if a class is missed. As recital nears, it is especially important for all students to attend their class regularly to ensure that they are comfortable and confident with their Recital dances.
DO I STILL HAVE TO PAY FULL MONTHS TUITION IF MY CHILD MISSES CLASS?
Yes, you are responsible for paying the full months tuition each month while your child is enrolled in Dance. Tuition is based on total number lessons per year and divided into 10 equal monthly payments for your convenience. Holidays and snow days are taken into account when the yearly amount is calculated. There is no prorating of tuition if your child misses class.
WHAT IF I HAVE TO WITHDRAW MY CHILD FROM DANCE CLASS?
We hope you would be able to finish the year with us, though we understand schedule changes, relocation, etc. If you need to cancel your dance class, email giving 30 days notice. After 30 days of withdrawing, your account and credit card information will be deleted from the computer. The Registration Fee is non-refundable and May 2019 prepayment is non-refundable after August 31st.
